Ilija Tasevski and Joni Nanov both Directors of Roarcon Australia have both been raised with a high level of moral values and beliefs and have instilled these quality beliefs in the every day operation of Roarcon Australia. Both Ilija and Joni are aware of where they are today was based on where they both came from and have therefore engaged in various sponsorship and charity work.

Roarcon Australia is proud to be key sponsors of community activities and affairs. Over the years Roarcon has shown its compassion and values for the community by sponsoring a number or various organizations. Roarcon is a keys sponsor of local football and soccer teams Banyule City Soccer Team, Lerin Soccer Club and Montmorency Football Club.

Although Roarcon has not stopped there, we have donated time, labour, and concrete to various community religious organisations such as Cathedreal of Our Lady Protection, Russian Orthodox Church located on Albion Street in Brunswick to donating foundations for the Macedonian Monastery located in Donnybrook and also establishing a community hall at the Svete Nikola Macedonian Orthodox Church in Preston.
